Orders received by 5:00 PM (EST) are normally shipped the next business day.

$0 - $100 before taxes - $6
$100 + before taxes - Free Shipping
Within Canada but outside Ontario:

International:
Rates are calculated at checkout. Occasionally the shopping cart software will charge too much shipping. If you want to know what the charge will be email sales@alongcamebaby.ca with your full address and the items you wish to purchase and someone will be happy to let you know the exact charge. If the cart charges you more than what's quoted you will be given a refund.

We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. Along Came Baby cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.
Inventory Availability
The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.
Coupon/Discount Policy:
If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box. Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order, if more than one discount applies, the larger discount will be applied.
Sales
We regret that sale prices cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. Sale prices may end at any time.
Pricing Errors/Typos
Although we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a typo or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard. Credit cards are authorized at time of order but not charged until time of shipment.
Along Came Baby takes every precaution to protect your personal information. We employ the latest encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) to help safeguard your credit card number and other highly sensitive information. When you place your order you will be asked to enter your credit card information via our secure online order form. If you choose not to enter your credit card number online please email your contact information to sales @ alongcamebaby.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
Cancellations
Along Came Baby works to process orders as quickly as possible, for this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please send an email to sales @ alongcamebaby.ca and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already processed, please see our Returns/Exchange policy for further instructions.
Refused Shipments
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be charged $20 (restocking fee). The customer will receive a refund less the actual cost of shipping for both the original delivery (items with “free shipping” will have actual charges deducted) and for its return that were incurred by Along Came Baby.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return items purchased on our website, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping and handling charges), or 30 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging, with the tags on, unused, and in resalable condition. If you return an item that has been used no credit will be issued or you can choose to have the merchandise shipped back to you at your expense.
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You must email your request to returns @ alongcamebaby.ca with "RETURN" in the subject field, at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. Please note if you would like store credit or an exchange with the new product number given. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. If a package is returned without authorization, the customer will be charged $20 (restocking fee).
Upon receipt of returned item, a full refund will be applied, minus the actual cost of shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the package to you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us.
Purchases made with promotional codes, coupons or gift certificates are eligible for exchange only. Please note that there is no refund/exchange on final sale items. For any questions or concerns regarding the return/exchange process, email customer service at sales @ alongcamebaby.ca.
Defective Items
We make every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to report the problem. After 10 days, Along Came Baby cannot replace damaged items and issues must be addressed with the manufacturer.
Along Came Baby is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturers warranties. Warranty information when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer.
Along Came Baby reserves the right to replace defective parts prior to replacing a defective item. In the event that a replacement part is not available we will arrange to pick up the defective item and a replacement will be sent out after we receive the defective item, at no additional charge. Replacement orders or replacement parts for defective items are not eligible for express shipping. Defective items are not eligible for refunds unless item is discontinued or no longer available.
