Zumba Babies is a 60 minute program uniquely designed to fit the needs of new moms! No need to leave baby with a sitter...bring him/her along, strap on your carrier and move to the Zumba beat together! Please bring a secure seat for your little one so you can move freely on your own for part of the class. Wear something comfortable to workout in and please with you bring clean indoor shoes to wear, and some water to drink. Zumba Babies allows you to regain your pre-baby shape while enjoying Zumba fitness with other moms.
