A. You can use our baby lip & cheek balm throughout the day.  As a preventative for chapping, it can be applied on lips and cheeks prior to going outdoors. Used throughout the, day it can be used to soothe dry, chapped, and irritated skin on the lips, cheeks, under the nose and hands.
